All orders are shipped in sustainable, eco-friendly packaging, designed with the environment in mind and made with natural materials. They are rip-proof and splash-proof mailers made from paper. Teemill Pro stores will have their logo printed on the shipping label attached to the mailer.<\/p>

Large orders come in cardboard boxes sealed with environmentally friendly tape.<\/p>
It's not possible to add a physical note or gift message to an order. This is because we don't include physical invoices when the orders are dispatched - less paper!<\/p>
This means a gift recipient won't know of any pricing\/purchaser information. Customers can, however, use the checkout form to have the order dispatched directly to a gift recipient's address.<\/p>
All of the information needed to return the item if needed is on the packaging (minus pricing\/purchaser info<\/em>). The confirmation and dispatch emails containing the order's breakdown and pricing info, are sent to the email address used on the checkout form to place the order.<\/p><\/p>

UK, US and EU delivery<\/h2>
We have facilities in the US and the EU as well as the UK so that we can print orders as close to the customer as possible, when stock allows.<\/p>
Sometimes, orders going to the EU or the US will be printed in the UK if stock is not available at other factories closer to the customer\u2019s address.<\/p>
There are some products that we can only produce and ship from the UK, notably mugs, bottles, notebooks, jigsaw puzzles, art prints and stickers.<\/p>
Our most popular products, such as the Men\u2019s Basic T-Shirt, Women\u2019s Crew Neck or the Pullover Hoodies, are highly likely to be available in the US reliably, though this is subject to change.<\/p>
We prefer to avoid splitting orders where possible and so will opt to ship the whole order from the UK if only some items in the order are in stock in the EU or the US.<\/p>
The packaging and care taken with fulfilment remain the same across our factories, so your customers should not notice any difference in their experience.<\/p>
The shipping price remains the same for orders to the EU or the US, regardless of where the order ships from, as we are not able to determine which factory will end up printing the order before it's in our system.<\/p>

Lost orders and customer service<\/h2>
For Teemill stores, our team handles customer service, including 'where is my order?' queries, refunds, returns and exchanges. By contrast, for integration orders, including those placed through Etsy or TikTok, the store owner is responsible for handling customer service. For example, store owners may need to replace or exchange products using their Sample Store manually.<\/p>
There can sometimes be delays when shipping across borders. For EU orders, the courier recommends a maximum of 28 days from dispatch for orders to arrive before considering these to be lost in transit. For international orders, the maximum is 35 days. If your customers' parcels have not arrived within this time frame, it is our policy to send a replacement.

Shipping for integrations and plugins<\/strong><\/h2>Teemill store checkouts are automatically populated with the above shipping options but if you are using an integration such as Shopify, you will need to set up shipping profiles within your website hosting platform. If you are using the Etsy plugin or integration, we will automatically create a Shipping Profile for you, filled out with all the correct information for UK shipping and for everywhere else. You may want to offer your customers free shipping, which has been shown to improve conversion rates. To do this, you can change the Shipping Profile to offer free shipping to Etsy customers. In this case, you will want to increase the price of your listing to cover the price of shipping.<\/p>
If you are using the TikTok Shop plugin, please note that we are only able to deliver orders placed through TikTok Shop to UK addresses. When setting up the plugin, you will need to add a 'Shipping template' for UK Standard delivery. Instructions on how to do this can be found in our TikTok Shop tutorial (step 14).<\/a><\/p><\/p>
How long does it take to ship orders?<\/strong><\/h2>The time estimates above indicate the number of days expected for delivery after the order is dispatched from our factory. It takes approximately 1-3 days for orders to be dispatched.<\/p>
If you are placing a bulk order with up to 100 units, please allow 5 days for production and for orders over 100 units, allow 10 days, then add the shipping time to get an expected delivery date.<\/p>
